Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Effective date: 13 October 2026

This policy explains how Witty Worx subscription cancellations, refunds and digital delivery are handled.

1. Scope

This Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased from Tash Digital for Witty Worx.

Witty Worx is an AI-assisted marketing platform designed to assist businesses with activities that may include research, strategy, copy, creative content, social media support and performance analysis.

2. Subscription billing

Witty Worx is offered on a subscription basis unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle displayed at sign-up or confirmed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid and that sufficient funds are available when a subscription payment is due.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a Witty Worx subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges already processed for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Content you have already created in Witty Worx - including captions and images paid for with credits - remains yours, and you may take a copy of it before your access ends. Posts scheduled to publish after the end of the period already paid for will not be published, and your social accounts will be disconnected from Witty Worx when your access ends.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has started, because access to the digital service and supporting resources is made available immediately or shortly after activation.

A refund may be considered where required by applicable law, where Tash Digital has charged you incorrectly, where a duplicate payment has occurred, or where we are unable to provide a paid service and no reasonable alternative can be offered.

Requests are considered on their facts and do not create an automatic entitlement to a refund where the service has already been supplied or made available.

5. Trial or promotional periods

Where Witty Worx is offered with a free or discounted trial, the terms shown at registration will apply. If the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the stated conversion date to avoid the first paid charge.

6. Digital delivery and activation

Witty Worx is a digital service. There is no physical delivery. After registration and successful payment where payment is required, account setup, configuration or activation may begin.

Where onboarding or account configuration is required, we aim to make the service available within the timeframe communicated during registration. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable third-party services, platform approvals or customer-side access issues may affect activation times.

7. Third-party services

Some Witty Worx functionality may depend on third-party platforms, social networks, AI providers, hosting services, payment processors or other technology providers. Their outages, access restrictions, policy changes or approval delays may temporarily affect parts of the service and are outside Tash Digital's direct control.

8. Failed or reversed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed or is disputed, access to paid Witty Worx services may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. We may contact you to resolve the payment issue before suspending access where reasonably practical.

9. How to request a cancellation or refund review

Contact Tash Digital at tash@tashdigital.com or +27 79 894 3021. Please include the account or business name, the email address used for the subscription, the transaction date and the reason for the request so that we can review it efficiently.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer protection or electronic commerce law. Where mandatory law provides a remedy that differs from this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, billing arrangements or legal obligations change. The version published on the Witty Worx website will apply from its stated effective date.
