Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Witty Worx, a service of Tash Digital.

1. Who we are

Witty Worx is a service of Tash Digital, a business based in South Africa. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tash Digital, and "you" means the person or business using Witty Worx.

By creating an account or using Witty Worx, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you are legally able to agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

2. What Witty Worx is

Witty Worx is an online marketing platform for businesses. It includes AI-written social media posts, Local Ranking (Google Maps) audits, leads, and reputation and review tools.

Witty Worx is sold as monthly or yearly packages, plus credits.

3. Your account

You must give us true and complete details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.

Keep your login private. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. Tell us at once if someone uses your account without your permission. We are not responsible for losses caused by a login that was shared, lost or not kept safe.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Witty Worx to break the law or anyone's rights, to send spam, to publish false, harmful or misleading content, to post fake reviews, or to break the rules of the platforms you connect.

Do not upload viruses or other harmful code, try to get into our systems without permission, disrupt the service for others, pretend to be someone else, or use bots or scraping tools on Witty Worx without our written permission.

Do not copy, change, reverse engineer or resell Witty Worx.

Do not open more than one account to use a free trial, launch offer or other promotion more than once. If you do, we may close all the accounts involved and charge the full normal price for what was used.

You are responsible for checking content before it is published. AI-written content can contain mistakes.

5. Your content and how you use Witty Worx

Witty Worx is a tool. You decide what to create, approve, publish and send with it, and how to use it. This is outside Tash Digital's control.

You are fully responsible for all content created, approved, published or sent through your account, including AI-written content, and for how you use Witty Worx. Tash Digital is not responsible for that content or that use.

If someone makes a claim against Tash Digital because of your content, how you used Witty Worx, or a breach of these terms, you agree to cover the costs and losses this causes us, including reasonable legal fees.

6. Connected accounts

Only connect social media accounts, Google profiles and other services that you own or are allowed to manage.

When you connect an account, you agree to that platform's own terms and rules. You also allow Witty Worx to read from it and post to it for you, as you set up in Witty Worx.

You can disconnect an account at any time in Witty Worx or in that platform's own settings.

7. Prices

Prices are as shown on our website at the time you sign up. The currency is shown with the price.

If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

8. Subscriptions, billing, renewal and cancellation

Packages are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. By subscribing, you allow us, or Paddle for US customers, to charge your payment method for each renewal.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

For refunds, see our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy at witty.tashdigital.com/refund-cancellation-delivery.

9. Customers in the United States

For customers in the United States, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For payment and billing questions, contact Paddle through the link on your receipt, or contact us and we will help.

10. Credits

Credits are used to pay for AI work in Witty Worx, such as posts, pictures and audits.

Credits you buy do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.

11. Who owns what

You own your content, including the business information you give us and the posts and pictures made for you in Witty Worx.

You give us permission to use your content only to run Witty Worx for you, for example to create, store and publish your posts.

Witty Worx itself - the software, design, name and logo - belongs to Tash Digital or the companies we license from. We give you permission to use Witty Worx for your business while your account is active. You cannot pass this permission to anyone else, and it ends when your account closes.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at witty.tashdigital.com/privacy-policy.

12. Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time by cancelling or by contacting us.

We may suspend or close an account if payment is not made, if there is fraud, or if the account is used in a way that breaks these terms or the law. Where it is reasonable, we will contact you first.

When an account closes, access to Witty Worx ends. We may keep some information where the law requires it or for a legitimate reason, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Money owed, and the parts of these terms about responsibility, liability and governing law, still apply after an account closes.

13. Third-party services

Witty Worx connects to other services, such as social networks, Google and AI providers. We are not responsible for their outages, rule changes or decisions about your accounts.

14. No guarantees

Witty Worx is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or completely secure, or that it will suit every need.

We do not promise particular results, such as rankings, reviews, leads or sales.

Keep your own copies of content that is important to you.

15. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for any content created, published or sent by users of Witty Worx.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow us to remove.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its last updated date. If a change is important, we will tell you by email before it applies.

If you keep using Witty Worx after a change applies, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your account.

18. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.

You cannot transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our written permission. These terms do not make us partners, employer and employee, or agents of each other.
